To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately at baddie@baddiebella.com if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Unworn items can be returned within 21 days of your order delivery date. Baddie Bella does NOT offer refunds; however, we will offer a store credit in form of a digital gift card for the amount you paid which you can use towards a future purchase.

You will be emailed a store credit gift card once we have received and inspected your item to confirm it is in good condition. Please wait up to 24-48 hours for the processing and finalization of your return.
Store Credit
All returns are refunded via store credit in the form of a digital gift card that is valid forever and can be used on any items, during sales, and for new arrivals! Eligible store credit returns are items that can't fit, or doesn't meet your needs.
Once your return request is accepted. You are responsible for shipping the item back to us within 3-5 business days of email request acceptance.
The store credit gift card will be emailed to the email address attached to your order within 24-48 hours of receiving your item back to us.
Lost Mail
Please verify that the address you provided to us is correct. If your package states delivered to the address provided but you have not received your item, please reach out to your local USPS carrier directly. If this issue cannot be resolved, please email us to file a claim with your local postal service
